The new price for this plan is USD 80 per user per month. The storage space is increased from 2 GB to 3 GB. This additional storage allows organizations to store more analytical and transactional data within Business Central.

Business Central Premium

The Premium license for Business Central includes all the features of the Essentials license. It also covers capabilities for service management, manufacturing, and operations.
The current price of Business Central Premium is 100 US dollar per user per month and the cloud storage limit of 3 GB.
The new price is 110 US dollar per user per month. The increase in storage capacity is from 3 GB to 5 GB. This additional storage allows organizations to store more analytical and transactional data within Business Central.

Business Central Device License

The Business Central Device License is ideal for scenarios where multiple users share a single device. This license is based on a per-device model rather than charging each individual user.

The current price for this plan is 40 US Dollar per device and the cloud storage of 1 GB. The price will increase to 45 US dollar per device. The storage capacity will increase from 1 GB to 1.5 GB.

This additional storage allows organizations to store data of inventory updates, point-of-sale transactions, and operational records from devices.

New Business Central subscriptions starting on or after October 1st will receive new pricing and increased storage.

The renewal of Business Central completed before October 1, 2025 will continue with the old pricing. The new pricing will apply to renewals made on or after October 1, 2025.
